Why did I create this blog?

About 8 years ago, I started my first online experience with creating my first blog. It was all about funny things and suchlike. Maybe you will ask yourself; "Why about funny things?"

It is very easy; I wanted to create a blog "just for fun" and that is why I chose the funny subject.

After a few weeks, my blog was getting filled with lots of posts (about 150 posts). The thing was that I was only getting views by friends and family, so that was not making me very popular online...

Next stap;

Reading about SEO... I will never forget that period! Day after day, week after week I was reading at all kinds of websites what I needed to do. Somebody posted on a forum to do something, at another forum you will read NOT to do that... There is one advice that I can give you; Try it out yourself! Never try things that other people have tried and say that it was very successful. Believe me, there are not many honest people online...

This is how I did my "experiment";

I had made a new blog to test all kinds of "SEO-techniques". Almost every month I was trying out something new! Why every month and not faster? Because, you need to wait a while until you can see some changes. It is also very important to look at, and write down the changes of your rankings. That will make it very easy for you to evaluate your progress.

After a little bit more then a year, I had already learned some very good things to use at my funny blog... And guess what... It worked!

After a few weeks of making changes, becoming popular at the social media, hard work, I had my first visitors from search engines!

A month later, I already had a massive amount of followers and my regular readers. To me it was already a huge succes, but...

I compare the internet with tattoos and piercings;

One is only enough for a while...

At this moment, I am the author/creator of 100+ websites/blogs. Believe me; it is still not enough...

Now to answer the top question;

I created this blog for many reasons, here are a few of them;

- I love blogging

- I love it to create all kinds of images (banners, headers, meme's, backgrounds, etc.)

- I love it to get feedback (positive and negative)

- ...

What will you find here?

At this blog you will find a small collection of all the banners that I already needed to create for my clients. It is only a small collection, because a lot of my clients do not want their banners to be shared at other places beside their own websites. And I do repect that!

Once that there will be a bunch of active followers to this blog, I will start to share some of my headers (or something else) that I created.

So, feel free to become one of the first!
